Francette Dubuche Bernard is a board-certified family nurse practitioner (FNP) and a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP). Graduated with a bachelor’s in nursing at Clayton State University, Morrow, Georgia, she later obtained her FNP at Walden University, Minneapolis, Minnesota, her PMHNP at Washburn University, Topeka, Kansas. She is currently pursuing her doctoral degree at Chamberlain University, Atlanta, Georgia.
Francette Bernard delivers medical and psychiatric care to adolescents, adults, and geriatrics for over four years in different psychiatric hospitals, substance abuse rehabilitation, outpatient clinics, and mentoring nurse practitioner students.
Francette Bernard speaks English, French, Creole, and some Spanish. Francette Bernard has excellent leadership skills in teaching. She had received a degree in Philosophy and Applied Linguistics in Haiti, where she taught Philosophy, Literature, French, and Creole in high school for more than 15 years. She also received a three-year formation and attended seminars in France to become a school inspector and a board of education member. Francette Bernard is depicted as a compassionate, caring, pleasant provider dedicated to promoting social changes, helping her patients achieve optimal health, empower them to reintegrate into their community.
